Venues & Dates for the Vodafone Ashes Series 2010/11 - England Vs Australia
The Vodafone Ashes 2010 will be held in Australia where England will begin their defence of the Ashes in Brisbane with the 1st Test Match of the five match series being staged at The Gabba. Matches in Adelaide and Perth will follow, with Melbourne's Boxing Day Test and Sydney's New Year's Test completing the series. Full details of the venues and match dates are as follows.
1st Vodafone Ashes Test Match -
Brisbane - 25 to 29 November
The exciting, cosmopolitan city of Brisbane will be hosting the first Test Match at the Brisbane Cricket Ground, affectionately known as the Gabba. Brisbane boasts some fine historical buildings, museums and galleries, as well as endless street cafés, restaurants and great shopping. 
2nd Vodafone Ashes Test Match - Adelaide - 3 to 7 December
The Second Vodafone Ashes Cricket Match is being hosted at what is widely regarded as the most picturesque Test Cricket ground in the world, the Adelaide Oval. Surrounded by beautiful parklands and intricate architecture, Adelaide also has a well earned reputation for fine food and wine.
3rd Vodafone Ashes Test Match - Perth - 16 to 20 December
The WACA ground in Perth with is the home of cricket in Western Australia and will play host to the 3rd Vodafone Ashes Cricket Match. The third test gave huge momentum to Australia’s victory in 2006 and England will be looking to defend their performance in Western Australia’s capital; don’t miss out on the opportunity to witness this crucial clash.
4th Vodafone Ashes Test Match - Melbourne - 26 to 30 December
The Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is the largest stadium in Australia and has often been referred to as one of the 7 wonders of the sporting world.
